Canal Lofts

Project Description

Canal Lofts is a condo project by Surface Developments located just steps from the Rideau Canal in Ottawa’s most exlusive neighbourhood. A new one page website was required to help sell the 23 units of the building and help capture sales leads.

Solution

Utilizing a multi-site WordPress setup, the client was able to easily create a one page website featuring stunning images and floorplans of the building. A registration form was developed to help capture client info and help drive sales. A tremendous success, the developer was able to sell 82% of the units on opening day! The main navigation includes links to the Surface Development parent site, as well as links to their other condo projects.
